According to Issuance Notice on Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. Issues Innovation Venture Company Bonds (Stage One) in 2019 in Public (http://www.sse.com.cn/, bond for short: 19 Zhetou 01, Bond Code: 155317), Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. issues Innovation Venture Company bonds (stage one) in 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the bond”) within limit of RMB 50 million. Every piece of bond values RMB 100. The bonds are all issued to qualified investors through offline file record.
All issuance work of the bond is over on Apr 10, 2019, the actual issuance scale is RMB 50 million and the final nominal interest rate is 7.5%.
It is hereby notified the above.
